My creative expression stems from a deep curiosity and love for nature and humanity. Working in rhythm with the seasons allows me to explore a range of artistic disciplines, including sculpture, wood carving, textile art, painting and drawing. Living along the Columbia River Gorge nourishes my belief that life and art endlessly influence one another. It is with great joy and enthusiasm that I share my love for art and nature with people of all ages.
Connect with like-minded learners from across the Pacific Northwest to exchange ideas, resources, and support our Arts in Education programs here in the Gorge.

Bringing art to life through hands-on experience is one of my favorite parts of teaching. I design multi-day projects that blend artistic mediums, design principles, and the work of inspiring artists. I aim to help students see connections, think creatively, and cultivate curiosity -- all while exploring recycled and natural materials. I adapt projects to make them age appropriate for children, grades K-5.
